Let me tell you a little story... a story that truly made me stop and smell the roses!

"...and with smiles on our faces" we completed an hour cycle class and then grouped together (sweat and all) to snap the picture below! I know not everyone was in the picture but every single person that shows up to my classes has a very special place in my heart. Every class I teach, I am reminded to stop and smell the roses because each hour is such a special moment in time... a special moment for lots of reasons... and a moment that is so amazing to enjoy! Thank you!
